At Amelia's Friends, cultivating an environment for empathy and giving is at the forefront of our mission. Our programs and activities were designed to help children identify creative ways they can give back to others in their community and beyond. We hope to establish a foundation fo children to develop their philanthropic skills which they will carry with them throughout their adult life. AMELIA'S FRIENDS AT A GLANCE
Amelia's Friends was created in 2012 by Katie and her daughter Amelia in an effort to find a way for young children to become more involved in helping others. Whether it was raising donations for those less fortunate or bringing a smile to children who were struggling with their health, their mission was to cultivate giving amongst children. Now more than ever we need to create and develop an environment for our children to learn how to give and grow in doing so.
